Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet every guest and serve customers at the front desk with a smile
  • Booking customers in for services and giving spa tours to showcase our luxurious facilities
  • Answer calls, handle queries, and listen to feedback from our valued members
  • Maintain consistent sales by answering calls and attending to walk-ins, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with linen inventory, replacing towels throughout the spa, surface cleaning where required, and stocktakes to maintain high standards
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role - Supervising a Spa / Wellness Centre / Health Club
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others to achieve shared goals
