This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to be the driving force behind MERSE Wellness Spa in Virginia. You'll lead an enthusiastic team, deliver unforgettable experiences, and play a key part in building Australia's fastest-growing wellness brand.

You won't be doing it alone — you'll work alongside your Assistant Spa Manager (Team Leader), who supports you in leading the team and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll also receive weekly coaching and mentoring from your Regional Performance Manager and have daily calls with the wider MERSE management team to stay aligned and connected.

Together, you'll create a culture of performance, care, and growth. This position is vital to our expansion and places you as part of the A-Player team driving us toward 100 MERSE Wellness Spas by 2030.
