Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, book services, and give spa tours.

  • Utilize software systems to look up member details, process purchases, and assist with bookings.
  • Maintain sales by answering calls and attending to walk-ins, upsell memberships.
  • Linen inventory, cleaning, and stocktakes.
  • Ensure Sauna Rooms are prepared for customers.
  • Assist the Spa Manager as directed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or supervising a spa.
  • Able to solve problems and communicate effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Able to be a role model and live health values and behaviours.
