This is a high-impact leadership position overseeing all areas of spa operations based in Virginia. You'll lead a passionate team, drive sales performance, and deliver five-star customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining exceptional facility standards.
- Own the entire client journey—from welcome to long-term care.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5-10 receptionists to deliver outstanding service.
- Confidently sell memberships, packages, and services to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Plan and execute external lead generation—B2B outreach, local engagement, and events.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
- Deliver internal marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Handle rostering, leave, and payroll processes.
- Ensure procedural compliance and daily operational checklists are upheld.
- Respond to customer feedback with professionalism and care.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics and team KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a spa, wellness centre, health club or similar environment.
- Strong sales performance history in a KPI-driven setting, with a natural drive to exceed targets and grow revenue.
- A lead generation mindset with the ability to build rapport, influence others, and convert interest into memberships.
- Outstanding communication skills—you listen well, respond with empathy, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
- A customer-first approach, always striving to deliver exceptional outcomes and memorable service.
- A solution-focused leadership style, capable of managing challenges calmly while supporting a high-performing team culture.
- A growth mindset and genuine passion for health, recovery and wellness—you live and breathe what we do.
- Professional standards in appearance, reliability, punctuality, and personal conduct.
- Tech confidence, with the ability to learn new systems and manage operational software and compliance processes.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain, and full Australian working rights.
