Spa Sales & Operations Manager - Virginia

Join MERSE as our next Spa Operations & Sales Manager (Virginia). This role leads an enthusiastic team, delivers unforgettable experiences, and supports MERSE Wellness Spa as part of Australia's fastest-growing wellness brand. You'll work closely with an Assistant Spa Manager and receive coaching from your Regional Performance Manager, with daily alignment through the wider MERSE management team. You will help drive growth toward the goal of 100 MERSE Wellness Spas by 2030.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily spa operations, ensuring facilities run smoothly
  • Own the client journey — from first-time visitors to lifelong members
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop a team of 5–10 front-of-house staff
  • Drive sales growth: memberships, packages, and upsells to support expansion
  • Build community connections: B2B partnerships, local engagement, and events
  • Manage rosters, payroll, and compliance
  • Deliver internal marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
  • Track performance, analyze KPIs, and celebrate wins with the team
