We are seeking a dedicated Spa Host to provide exceptional service and create meaningful experiences for our guests in the spa.

About the Role

  • Main Point of Contact: As a Spa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for all guests in the spa, helping them to customise their spa sessions and build relationships with them.
  • Service Delivery: Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring they have an enriching experience.
  • Proactive Communication: Contact guests before their arrival to confirm services and tailor their spa sessions to meet their individual needs.
  • Sales and Knowledge: Promote and sell spa services and retail items, staying up-to-date with knowledge on spa services and amenities.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in the luxury spa industry and apply this knowledge to provide guests with unique experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Spa Host, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be knowledgeable about spa services and amenities, as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends.
