About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager/Technical Trainer to manage key accounts and drive success in Point-of-Sale services. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Key account management, conducting regular meetings with key accounts, tracking meeting minutes, resolution updates, and opportunities for expanding business.
  • Advocating for customers within our team, ensuring that tickets are being responded to and resolution communicated.
  • Onboarding training for both POS and Back Office products, following the training checklist for newly onboarded customers before getting training agreements signed and submitted to our accounts team.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have experience in:

  • A technical background in Point-of-Sale (development, configuration, implementation).
  • Managing customer relationships and measuring success via customer satisfaction, resolution support, understanding usability, technical onboarding, and training.
  • Proven experience in managing and building rapport with key accounts.
  • Software training experience within the POS industry or similar.
  • Great presentation skills coupled with exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

We require 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management and technical training.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.

You should have strong knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
