The role of an Account Strategist at a leading hospitality provider involves serving as a trusted advisor and expert relationship-builder for clients around the globe. This position requires a consultative mindset to identify client needs and present effective solutions, empowering them to own their guest relationships and streamline operations.
In this role, you will develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also be responsible for owning the renewal process, engaging with clients well in advance of contract expiration to discuss goals, performance metrics, and improvement areas.

- Pitching and closing upsell solutions to increase engagement and adoption.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor to align solutions with business goals.
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with clients at all levels.
- Solid data analysis skills to support sales strategies and decision-making.
