Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves recruiting top IT consultants and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with consultants, sourcing candidates, and negotiating compensation packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit top IT consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants
- Develop effective sourcing strategies
- Negotiate unique compensation packages
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge in aligned skill-specialization, industry specialization, or role specialization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
