Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Talent Acquisition Specialist for our team in AustraliaThis is a key recruitment role within our People & Culture team.You will join a leading international IT solution company that genuinely cares and values its people.The position is full-time in our Canberra office.We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Australian team and lead recruitment efforts across Australia.
Reporting functionally to our Head of People Attraction, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, building our employer brand locally, and supporting onboarding activities.Your key responsibilitiesManaging full-cycle recruitment in Australia, from needs assessment and job ad creation to interviews and reference and other pre-employment checks, offer and acceptance.Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and define recruitment strategies.Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, and reaching out proactively.Supporting employer branding activities, including events and campaigns.Acting as a local point of contact for employment contracts in collaboration with our People Services team.Coordinating onboarding plans with our Learning and Development team.Providing market insights and contributing to the development of our recruitment approach in the region.Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment platform.The skills and experience we are looking for3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or from an agency,Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills,Proactive, independent work style with a can-do attitude,Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and psychometric assessments,Experience recruiting in technical or software domains is a plus.About SystematicSystematic is a fast-growing international software company with more than 1200 employees across 15 offices in 13 countries.
