Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to guide and manage a team of professionals, fostering high performance, collaboration, and a positive culture. The ideal candidate will lead with clarity, purpose, and empathy, ensuring the team workload is evenly distributed.

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, implementing strategic plans, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will also be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from writing compelling job ads to conducting first round interviews and negotiating offers.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the team has confidence in providing advice, clarification, and guidance on enterprise agreements and recruitment policies. You will also provide support and guidance to the team as required.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role at a senior or leadership level, with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting recruitment professionals.

You will have extensive experience using e-recruitment systems and a proven track record of sourcing candidates. Previous experience interpreting enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.

The ability to inspire and motivate, combined with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role. You will work in a flexible team-based environment with a hands-on approach and work style.
