Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisitions Specialist to drive our recruitment process from end-to-end. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, sourcing and engaging top talent, and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines.
A Day in the Life:- Drive the entire recruitment cycle from advertising and shortlisting to interviewing and managing offers.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients to meet their hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
- Solicit and engage suitable candidates through databases, professional networks, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to match candidates with available opportunities.
- Present polished candidate profiles and shortlists that meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
- Ensure seamless operations by maintaining accurate records, reporting, and updates.
