Employee Relations Specialist

About the Role
The Employee Relations Advisor will provide high-quality advice and guidance to Line Managers, People Partners, and the Leadership Team at Woolworths Group. This role involves delivering quality employee relations advice, guidance, and coaching to support a culture of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support for internal customers and HR teams across the Woolworths operating model.
- Identify new ways of enhancing the line manager and team member experience.
- Work closely with other HR service teams to ensure learning and knowledge sharing across all HR and business teams.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual with a passion for people. You will bring with you:
- Previous experience in an ER or HR generalist role or relevant study with the desire to develop a career in ER.
- A positive and professional phone manner.
- An analytical and inquisitive mind with the ability to actively listen and question to build a better understanding.
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Good aptitude for systems (Genesys, Salesforce, Successfactors/SAP, Google Suite).
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Curiosity and empathy, with an eye for the bigger picture.
