About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Management Support Coordinator.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to staff, contractors, and visitors. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and build strong relationships. You will be proficient in MS Office programs and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team
  • Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with event planning and logistics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a reception or customer service role
  • Administrative experience, including invoicing processing
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
