Job Description:

  • Manage event operations from BEO handover to successful completion
  • Oversee the operational running of events, ensuring timely setup, execution, and teardown
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Event Sales and Food & Beverage teams
  • Support Labour Cost Management in line with budgets and forecasts
  • Responsible for addressing and resolving event-related guest grievances

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional guest service skills, passion for delivering high-quality events, and well-developed planning and organisational skills
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse groups
  • A keen understanding of weddings, corporate, and social events
