Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the smooth operational running of social, wedding, and corporate events.
2. Responsible for event operations once BEOs are handed over from the Event Sales Team.
3. Ensure strong communication relationships with the Events Sales team.
4. Perform duties in the restaurants in the absence of bookings for the events spaces.
5. Support and provide training and development to the Food & Beverage team.
6. Have a keen understanding of weddings, corporate, and social events.

Requirements

1. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
2. Exceptional guest service skills and passion for delivering all event types to the highest standards.
3. Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
4. Effective team player and ability to manage your own time efficiently.
5. High level of attention to detail and organization.
