Key Responsibilities

The role of a Customer Service Officer involves scheduling and coordinating technicians, processing warranty claims, communicating with customers, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include prioritizing, scheduling and coordination of Technicians sub-contractors, processing warranty claims, communication with customers about service needs and convert queries to sales, manage client accounts, follow up quotes, follow up on installation and ensure payment is received, completing quotations, proposals, service contracts and reports, assist with daily transactions, and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and phone manners
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Good business sense and a professional manner
  • Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Drivers license
  • Is efficient and organized, with the ability to prioritize workload
