Our team is focused on success and enjoy what they do. We're looking for people with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service who are focused organised and proactive to join us based in Adelaide South Australia. This role provides key support for our industrial business and requires working in close collaboration with our Business Managers as well as Group Supply Chain & Logistics to deliver on customer service priorities and business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Ensuring ordering and forecasting requirements are completed accurately and container tracking and customer stock reporting is done on a timely basis">
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate on time delivery of goods">
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests managing the credit claims process efficiently and developing solutions that demonstrate our promise of delivering quality value and service">
  • Providing superior customer service to new and existing accounts developing significant relationships with key customers">
  • Coordinating inventory management">

You will have previous experience in a similar role with a focus on delivering excellence in service within a fast-paced environment. Your customer-focused approach and ability to process orders with a high level of accuracy in a timely manner will ensure your success.
