Administrative Support Role

The Program Service Planner role provides administrative support to teams in managing delivery of services with contracted providers. You will work with customers to support independence and live in their own homes, liaising with care coordinators and provider partners to coordinate service delivery, respond to feedback, maintain schedules, and accurate customer records.

This role suits applicants with customer service, administration, scheduling, or direct care experience seeking a career in community care business support or coordination, offering growth opportunities within our team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a warm demeanor
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service within a team setting
  • Enthusiastic team member willing to work together when finding solutions and independently as required
  • A good understanding of administrative duties within an office environment
  • Knowledge of community-based programs, service delivery, or scheduling, with an understanding of working with an older demographic is desirable
  • Qualifications in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar is highly regarded
