Key Responsibilities
• Ensure full understanding of Siemens Energy contractual quality requirements
• Protect Siemens Energy's interests by maintaining a QA system and records aligned with Siemens Energy standards and customer contract specifications
• Support project delivery to customer satisfaction and Siemens Energy contractual position by identifying and rectifying quality shortfalls
Communication
• Understand Siemens Energy's interests and reconcile them with client interests
• Foster positive company/customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with customers on quality matters
Project Quality Documentation
• Compile documentation for final outage reports within specified deadlines
• Review close-out ITPs and IFRs, ensuring all activities are signed off by both parties
• Finalize and update ITP or procedure templates with lessons learned from outages
Service Excellence
• Complete quality documentation and upload it to Siemens Energy Sharepoint
• Maintain no non-conformances or QIS incidents related to Siemens Energy
Health, Safety & Environment
• Demonstrate commitment to providing a safe work environment and injury-free workplace
• Assist the Safety & Environmental Officer as needed
Fitness for Duty
• Report to work 'Fit for Duty', free from substances that may impair judgment
• Perform duties associated with this position
Experience Levels
• Less than 2 years experience: Familiarization with Siemens Energy processes and procedures, perform project engineering on site, develop core site skills
• More than 2 years experience: Complete project management training, train personnel on quality documentation, lead project engineering on large-scale projects
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
