Reporting to the Major Projects Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high standard of business management practices within our Major Projects Division. This will involve actively managing activities to improve core divisional business management standards, project review activities, and lessons learned processes that enable continuous improvement cycles.

The successful candidate will possess a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as business, quality management, engineering, or an allied discipline. They will also have demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing project review and lessons learned programs, as well as facilitating and leading the preparation of high-quality business improvement and strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive business outcomes through facilitation of workshops and proven skills in project management, business analysis, process analysis, optimization, improvement, and change management. Previous experience working within and contributing to the standards of an organization certified to Quality Management System certified to ISO9001 would be highly regarded.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
