Business Development Role

The Regional Business Development Partner plays a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving customer acquisition across various portfolios. This position is instrumental in promoting a positive customer experience while collaborating with all areas to implement sustainable supports that empower individuals to live their desired lives.

  • Key responsibilities include responding promptly to qualified customer enquiries, building and managing a customer pipeline and contact database, coordinating application and onboarding documentation for new customers, and establishing strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development or sales within the disability sector, as well as experience interpreting NDIS Plans to support tailored service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in decision-making, with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of contemporary Disability Services and person-centred approaches.
