Retrofit Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional strategy plans to drive business growth.
  • Act as technical consultant for sales teams and customers, providing expertise on retrofit enquiries.
  • Drive local Regional Sales teams to achieve/exceed targets for Retrofit projects.
  • Support input to Rolling Forecast process and identify opportunities for retrofit growth.
  • Responsible for driving initiatives within nominated sales territories to promote retrofit opportunities through technical forums, asset reviews, and customer visits.
  • Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, technologies, and leading customer strategies.
  • Produce and review proposals for retrofit solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handover meetings and documentation for successful order execution.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide relevant information for the sales team.
