Retrofit Engineering Consultant

As a Retrofit Engineering Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of regional strategy plans to drive sales and promote identification of retrofit opportunities.
  • Acting as primary contact and technical consultant for sales teams and end-users in designated regions.
  • Developing account/region plans to drive growth in retrofit opportunities.
  • Driving regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and promoting retrofits through various channels.
  • Maintaining market knowledge and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborating on proposal development and review processes.
  • Ensuring effective handover meetings and documentation for smooth project transitions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in sales, tendering, applications, mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (desired).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including supervisory experience.
  • Negotiation and influence abilities, SAP, PC proficiency, and time management skills.
