Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Premier Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to collaborate with internal teams, develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and/or online channels, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Premier customers, fostering loyalty and exceeding expectations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
- Partner with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service and interaction.
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the company. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
