Job Title

The position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth and adoption of solutions in the Australian Government sector.

This role requires a consultative, solution-oriented individual who can think strategically and effectively prioritise resources to meet the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective territory strategies to maximise expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.
  • Maintain full account ownership while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues and partners to build and execute on sales strategies for designated territories and named accounts.
  • Engage customers through regular meetings, executive engagements, and participation in industry events.
  • Ensure customers are fully educated on the value of cloud-based systems, including AI, Scaled Agile, Enterprise Service Management, Work Management & DevOps solutions.
  • Regularly exceed performance metrics by scaling engagements across territories.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience successfully selling technology solutions to government institutions (highly desired)
  • Deep understanding of state procurement vehicles, compliance requirements, and agency buying cycles
  • 15 or more years of sales experience in a business-to-business SaaS sales environment.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities.
  • Extensive experience utilising CRM software to achieve key performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to engage customers with a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities and add value.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
