Solutions Architect - OSS Fulfilment
FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in OSS fulfilment to support a large telecommunications client. In this role, you will drive the design, governance, and integration of solutions that underpin service fulfilment - covering order management, provisioning, activation, and workflow orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end OSS fulfilment solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solution designs.
- Oversee implementation, integration, and system testing across OSS/BSS platforms.
- Provide architectural leadership and stakeholder engagement across business, delivery, and vendor teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven background as a Solutions Architect in telecommunications OSS/BSS environments.
- Strong knowledge of order management, provisioning, activation, and fallout handling.
- Expertise in APIs, ESB, microservices, and integration design.
- Experience working in complex telco-scale OSS environments.
- TOGAF, TM Forum, or cloud platform certifications desirable.
