Risk Governance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Risk Governance professional to join our organisation at a senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of risk governance frameworks, identifying root causes of issues and proposing actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk governance frameworks to enhance organisational resilience
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify root causes of issues and develop targeted solutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights and present findings
  • Lead a team of professionals and ensure effective collaboration across projects
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk governance, ideally with exposure to global markets or complex industries
  • Strong knowledge and experience in first or second line risk roles to inform risk governance decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead analysis exercises in regulated environments
  • Proven experience managing teams, particularly in overseeing junior professionals within structured projects
  • Prior experience, preferably 5-10 years of experience in a senior consulting role
  • Ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders within the organisation
