**Team Leadership Role**

The NDIS Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams across various locations, including Southport, Brisbane, Ipswich, and Caboolture.

This role involves monitoring the delivery of client services, providing consultation and assistance, managing resources, and developing employees to achieve organisational objectives.

The team manager will also provide leadership to Service Leaders, supporting staff members in their work with individuals who experience mental illness.

In addition, they will assist the Regional Manager in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within a region, including attending forums and meetings to promote and improve service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or a related field is ideal.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading an NDIS team and managing programs is also desired.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To have a thorough understanding of NDIS and Support Coordination, as well as issues related to mental illness and its impact on individuals.
  • To build strong relationships with the community and staff.
  • To manage staff effectively.
  • To possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
