Job Title: NDIS Manager RoleAbout the Role

The NDIS Manager will oversee the effective and efficient operations of a Specialist Disability Accommodation Service. They will work closely with teams to deliver holistic care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses and Disability Support Workers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of budgets and service plans
  • Focus on continuous quality improvement processes to ensure high standards of practice and service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience overseeing service provision to people with a disability
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • HR and performance management skills
  • Quality and Compliance experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, financial, and leadership skills
