The position of Clinical Lead plays a crucial role in leading a team of professionals, working closely with the Clinical Director to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance and operational efficiencies are met.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all clinical services and interventions align with the highest standards of care and comply with NDIS guidelines.
  • Developing and maintaining robust clinical governance frameworks to manage risk, improve quality, and ensure safety in all clinical practices.
  • Collaborating with management to identify service gaps and develop innovative clinical programs that address the complex needs of NDIS participants.
  • Maintaining stringent clinical governance in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including NDIS coordinators, family members, and healthcare providers.
  • Engaging in collaborative practice and communication to ensure participant care is addressed and integrated.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and preparing for audits and reviews by regulatory bodies.
  • Promoting and upholding the commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
