Clinical Supervisor – Behaviour Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to step into the role of a Clinical Supervisor.

  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, empowering others, and driving excellence in therapy outcomes.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will support our team to deliver impactful services and build capacity for both participants and colleagues.

  1. Provide mentoring and guidance to team members, ensuring confidence and competence in their roles.
  2. Drive clinical excellence by championing evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by leadership.
  3. Foster professional growth through learning and development activities to upskill the team.
  4. Achieve impactful results by collaborating with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions.
  5. Be a role model by promoting our values and clinical model to inspire colleagues.

The successful candidate will be endorsed as a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist Practitioner and have extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.

  • NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter.
  • Ability to complete reports within timeframes for submission to the NDIS commission.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Understanding of contemporary therapy practices and passion for achieving participant outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and inspire, fostering confidence and capability in others.
