Key Responsibilities:

- Defining and delivering foundational capabilities as products for internal engineering teams and external clients- Leading the development and definition of product roadmaps, collaborating with internal and external teams to bring those products to life and manage throughout the full product lifecycle- Championing the adoption of foundational capabilities and services within and outside the organization- Defining learning and adopting paths for internal and external consumers of foundational capabilities- Conducting market analysis and research to inform product prioritisation and sequencing, ensuring product backlogs are regularly groomed and accurately reflect current status-

What You Will Bring:

- A leader of products, not projects, with experience guiding products through their lifecycles and adopting goals and roadmaps while scaling engineering capacity- A driver of collaboration, able to create positive working environments and lead outcome-based discussions, bringing new groups of people together, and owning end-to-end platform product initiatives- A customer-focused agilist, able to understand different consumer needs and tailor platform capabilities and support methods to these audiences- An adaptable individual, able to work simultaneously with geographically distributed teams, manage multiple deadlines, and identify changes to ways of working that contribute to a more efficient/effective product management and software delivery discipline
