We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Manager to join our Private Banking team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving end-to-end change initiatives, with a strong background in managing business-wide transformation and change projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure seamless process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, bankers, advice services teams, product specialists, and leadership, to deliver transformational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement in key advice systems, such as Salesforce, and source and implement new systems to enhance our advice lifecycle.
