As a key member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient setup and changeover of dies on die-cutting equipment.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Setting up dies efficiently to meet production requirements
  • Maintaining proper alignment, tension, and setup of dies for accurate and precise cutting
  • Performing basic calibration of Easy Benders (Nozzles Guide, Length, Radii)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to die setup and machine calibration
  • Conducting quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specifications
  • Adjusting settings as needed to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
