Production Team

We design, manufacture and deliver a wide range of products for various industries including FMCG, Retail and Fresh Produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and changing over dies on die-cutting equipment efficiently to meet production requirements
  • Ensuring accurate alignment, tension and setup of dies for precise cutting
  • Performing basic calibration of Easy Benders (Nozzles Guide, Length, Radii)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to die setup and machine calibration
  • Conducting quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specifications
  • Making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of mechanical and software aspects of Benders/Cutters
  • Technical training or certification in die setting or a related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
  • Familiarity with die-cutting equipment and related tools
  • Attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate and high-quality production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
