We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Die Setter/Die Maker.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the production of dies for corrugated fibre converting machines.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of die-cutting equipment and related tools, as well as strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

The role involves setting up and operating die-cutting equipment to meet quality and production standards, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and conducting quality checks on die-cut samples.

If you have experience working with Benders/Cutters and software, technical training or certification in die setting, or a similar field, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficient setup and changeover of dies on die-cutting equipment to meet production requirements
  2. Ensure proper alignment, tension, and setup of dies for accurate and precise cutting
  3. Complete basic calibration of Easy Benders (Nozzles Guide, Length, Radii)
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to die setup and machine calibration
  5. Conduct quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specifications
  6. Make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste
