Production Operations Specialist

Job Description: Our team is responsible for manufacturing goods that consumers use daily. We cater to prominent names in the FMCG, Retail, and Fresh Produce sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure dies on die-cutting equipment efficiently to meet production requirements.
  2. Ensure proper alignment, tension, and setup of dies for accurate cutting.
  3. Perform basic calibration of Easy Benders (Nozzles Guide, Length, Radii).
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die setup and machine calibration.
  5. Conduct quality checks on die-cut samples to verify conformance to specifications.
  6. Maintain and troubleshoot die-cutting equipment.

Requirements:

  1. A good understanding of mechanical and software aspects of Benders/Cutters is preferred but not essential.
  2. Technical training or certification in die setting or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
  4. Familiarity with die-cutting equipment and related tools.
  5. Attention to detail and precision to ensure high-quality production.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
