We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers, conducting market research, and setting qualified appointments for our Business Development and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients exhibiting at key trade shows and expos.">
  • Build and maintain lists of prospects using online directories, show exhibitor lists, and LinkedIn.">
  • Make outbound calls and send personalised emails to introduce our services.">
  • Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the Sales team.">
  • Book appointments with decision-makers and update CRM with accurate lead data.">
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.">
  • Collaborate with the Head of Lead Generation and Marketing team to align messaging.">
  • Track performance and report on key metrics weekly.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred).">
  • Excellent research skills – able to independently source leads and verify information.">
  • Strong communication skills – clear, engaging, and persuasive.">
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.">
  • Comfortable using CRM tools.">
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.">
  • Experience in the exhibitions/events/marketing industry is a plus but not required.">
