You will be tasked with preparing and sending invoices, including uploading them to client portals, while collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. The scope of this role extends beyond transactional activities, encompassing key responsibilities such as:

  • Managing obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Completing credit applications and performing bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining and managing client portals and accounts inbox
  • Managing payroll by collecting and entering timesheet data, setting up new employees, and ensuring checks and inductions are completed as part of the onboarding process
  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing weekly reports for senior management
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed
