
Key Finance Operations Specialist

Our finance operations play a pivotal role in delivering seamless customer experiences and driving business growth. At the heart of this lies the Accounts and Administration Officer position, an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organisation's success.
This role is responsible for processing accounts receivable and payable transactions with precision and accuracy. You will be tasked with preparing and sending invoices, including uploading them to client portals, while collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Effective communication and follow-up skills are essential in securing approvals from clients and managing outstanding payments.
The scope of this role extends beyond transactional activities, encompassing key responsibilities such as:
- Managing obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Completing credit applications and performing bank reconciliations
- Maintaining and managing client portals and accounts inbox
- Managing payroll by collecting and entering timesheet data, setting up new employees, and ensuring checks and inductions are completed as part of the onboarding process
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing weekly reports for senior management
- Providing support to the finance team as needed
