About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly successful and award-winning team as a Business Manager.


  • As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles by providing expert advice and assistance with finance and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating Sales: Facilitate the sale of Finance & Insurance products, tailoring services to customer needs while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage all F&I financial activities, including deal progress, compliance, and system accuracy.
  • Supporting Team Members: Support the sales team and dealership management by presenting customers with tailored, ethical finance options.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure sound financial, legal, and operational practices within the F&I department, per policies.
  • Transaction Processing: Receipt deposits, assist with vehicle payment calculations, follow up on work in progress, and produce invoices to ensure seamless settlement transactions.
  • Communication: Communicate policy and procedural changes to dealership staff and provide relevant F&I updates.
  • Professional Image: Uphold and enhance the professional image of the organization.

About You
  • Background: Proven background in automotive finance and insurance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Administrative Abilities: Excellent administrative, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of finance & insurance products, finance contracts, compliance, and privacy laws.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to read and understand financial accounts and competitor finance/insurance offerings.
