**THE ROLE**:

- Build and maintain client relationships, ensure quality service, prioritise client satisfaction, maintain brand standards and drive growth.
- Manage contracts and additional service requests, ensuring client retention and understanding contract terms.
- Manage food and goods costs across multiple sites, optimise ordering, inventory, waste, portions, and pricing.
- Effectively oversee multi-site finances within budget, optimising staffing, stock, revenue, and service levels.
- Lead and manage teams with expertise in recruitment and staff induction for seamless integration and performance excellence.

**THE PERSON**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to the healthcare industry is desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget.
- Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at a senior level.
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams.
