Warehouse Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with established procedures
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods around the warehouse
  • Pack and ship goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, utilizing data analysis skills to optimize warehouse performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve warehouse goals and targets, contributing to a positive and productive team culture
Requirements:
  • Valid forklift license, demonstrating safe operating practices
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Ability to lift 25kg and stand for extended periods, ensuring physical fitness and stamina
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues
