Supply Chain Optimization Lead

Join a dynamic team in an Australian delivery network to lead quality improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to oversee strategic quality initiatives, focusing on optimizing delivery metrics, developing comprehensive quality measurement systems, and leading quality improvement programs across the network. Key responsibilities include owning and optimizing end-to-end delivery quality metrics, leading weekly and monthly business reviews for quality performance, and creating and maintaining quality scorecards and reporting systems.
Key qualifications include strong analytical skills with experience in metrics management, excellence in stakeholder management across multiple operational teams, demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements, and proven track record of leading complex quality initiatives in fast-paced environments. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field is required. Preferred qualifications include experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
