Our organization seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the optimization of our supply chain. This key role will drive end-to-end efficiency and cost reduction by identifying and implementing process improvements across distribution and transport.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to achieve supply performance KPIs, develop contingency plans for unexpected supply delays, and manage spend to deliver targeted reductions.

- Work cross-functionally with distribution centers, transport providers, and supply chain operations to enhance service levels and implement initiatives that improve the end-to-end supply chain.

- Proactively identify and present opportunities to optimize the supply chain, including managing demand planning and ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and place.

**Requirements:**

- Strong experience in a Supply Planning role, with advanced planning and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated understanding of Supply Chain finance, negotiation, procurement, and contract management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including overseas vendors and internal team members.
