Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to coordinate planning and replenishment activities across our retail network in Australia & New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of inventory to the required locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analysis of min/max reports\
  • Monitoring outstanding order statuses and initiating stock orders\
  • Adjusting min/max parameters based on SKU performance and seasonal requirements\
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations\
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency\
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain optimization\
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and results\
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports\
  • Meeting performance metrics and KPIs related to supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction\
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and procedures\
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies and systems used in supply chain optimization\
  • Collaborating with IT to identify and implement process improvements through technology\
  • Analyzing and addressing root causes of supply chain disruptions and implementing corrective actions\
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and status on supply chain initiatives\
  • Contributing to the development of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning\
