Supply Chain Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering customer-satisfied solutions and driving operational improvements across the business.

The successful candidate will lead the development and management of effective supply and distribution plans, identifying opportunities for improvement within the supply chain and leading projects that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value to the business.

In this role, you will work closely with all facilities to develop optimal manufacturing plans and ensure effective communication and data sharing across teams. You will also act as the S&OP lead, linking demand forecasts with operational plans to provide the lowest-cost service model.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. You should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years S&OP supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Background in food manufacturing or FMCG environment desirable.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and advanced knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong focus on delivering against goals and maintaining high standards of performance.
