In this key role, you will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, and logistics—ensuring smooth, efficient manufacturing processes and driving cost-effective solutions.
About the Role:
- Develop and drive supply strategy to align inventory with manufacturing plans.
- Manage demand-supply planning and mitigate risks.
- Maintain supplier relationships, enforce agreements, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Oversee procurement, sourcing, and qualifying new suppliers.
- Support manufacturing processes by optimizing inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S policies in the supply chain.
- Report on supply chain performance and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
- Proficiency with NetSuite, NetStock, and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
