Job Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service/Retention experience in the Banking/Finance industry
  • Experience discussing home loans is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills within a call centre environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Banking, or Finance are looked upon favourably
