Chief Financial Officer Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our multi-company portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership across Finance, Sales & Estimating, Commercials & Projects, and Production.
  • Manage funding facilities, working capital, and balance sheet flexibility to position the company for expansion.
  • Strengthen financial governance structures and compliance.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and General Managers to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement, leading a capable finance team while mentoring their development.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in senior finance leadership roles, ideally in complex, multi-entity businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA or MBA highly regarded).
  • Proven record in driving profitability, managing funding, and implementing sound financial governance.
